With the rise of technology and Internet-dependence, duplication of content has indeed proliferated. Students have almost unlimited access to many online resources that they could easily print and claim as their own. Marketing campaigns that use duplicate content articles to optimize search engine results. Even blog authors may or may not be aware that some of their posts are actually duplicate content. Some people brush it off like it’s not even a big deal — until they get caught, that is. The Problem with Duplicate Content There’s no doubt that plagiarism is the easiest way to generate content. But why would you even present unoriginal material to your readers when they could easily find it elsewhere? If you really reflect on it, quick-and-easy content isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. A website or blog, for example, won’t rank as well because the material has already been published. You can’t expect search engines, like Google, to simply let it go. In fact, Google expresses a strong opposition toward duplicate content. Google filters out websites with duplicate content by using the Supplemental Index of its database. The GoogleBot crawls websites and looks for similar strings and content among the pages. It then eliminates websites with duplicate content by getting only a fraction from this collection. Let’s say that your website bears duplicate content with a thousand other webpages. The GoogleBot will only pick a small number of these websites to include in its searches while the rest will be delegated to the Supplemental Index. Your site can be pushed way below the pack and might not even appear in the first 10 pages of search results. A site delegated to the bottom of the pack is frustrating but having your site taken down by the owner of your copied content is unfortunate and, to some extent, humiliating. The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) was passed by the US Congress in October 1998 and got its approval by President Clinton in just weeks. This law generally states that original rights owners are able to file DMCA forms with website hosts to get plagiarized content removed from their servers. Simply put, this means that if you copied your content from someone else’s site, he or she can file a complaint that you violated the DMCA. In turn, your website can be taken down from its server and all your hard work flow down the drain. The Solution to Avoid Duplicate Content As it is, it is imperative that your site must have original content. But how can you be sure when there are probably millions of webmasters or Web publishers out there thinking about writing an article similar to what you are doing? The solution is quite simple: use an article checker . In fact, there are several advantages using an article checker can give you: 1. An article checker helps you write original content. By using an article checker, you avoid committing plagiarism. When you key in a particular keyword for your research, search engines only give you those that rank above the rest. What if there is one website in the last 20 pages or so of the search results that bear striking similarities or even duplicate strings with your article? An article checker crawls Web pages and shows you how many pages bear the same strings. It “checks” your content against other published materials online and, most often than not, even your own sources. After analyzing your material, it displays a percentage result stating how similar — or original — your work is compared to others. 2. An article checker lets you protect your website content. What if you labored day and night to produce original Web content wholly convinced that these carefully optimized articles can boost your page rank? You publish these articles and see a marked increase in your rankings. You’re happy — then overtime, your website does not even appear in the top 50 results. What happened? Someone or some people might be having a field day doing a mishmash of your articles, rewording some parts, then passing them off as their own. If you suspect as much, use an article checker. Since an article checker functions just like a duplicate content checker, it will track websites with contents that are the same as yours. When you find them, then it’s high time you file your own DMCA complaint. 3. An article checker boosts your page rank. There is a simple formula to come out on top of search engines’ results: original and quality optimized content. An article checker can give you this as an indirect result of its two functions as enumerated in the previous sections. With your original content and without your plagiarizing competitors, your website is ready to take its spot at the top. About the Author: Fritz Dorado is a consultant with Webmasterlabor.com. She highly recommends using the article checker and duplicate content checker for better website content.

I am going to chat briefly here about some product creation ideas. This is not going to be one, two, three, and if you are looking for step by step, this is the wrong article for you. I have written plenty of others that does that well. This is more like advanced brainstorming. Read this and if you take out just one good idea that you can use, you are ahead. So, you have perhaps been working on, thinking about, creating your own product. You have a little bit of an outline, but are stuck. Maybe you have written a few articles. But they are hard to crank out. You have hard time thinking about how they should be organized. Let me tell you from experience, that as you write more articles, as you write more books, you will get better at organizing things, you will get better at just letting the ideas in your head flow out. You will also start typing faster. Three months ago I typed at about 25 words per minute. Now I am at 50 words per minute. That makes a huge difference. Then, I had to think about an article before I wrote it. I mean, really think. Now, I pick a topic, introduce it, generally list a few points that teach about my topic, and then wrap the article up with a challenge. So think about this, if writing articles makes you a better writer, and being a better writer would give you more flexibility in creating your own product, what do you see here? I say write more. Write lots of articles. Keep a copy of them. When you are looking for good content for your book, go looking through your articles. When you need content for an email, go looking through your articles. Use articles as the backbone of your product creation process. As you write articles, you will become a better writer and that will show in your product creation. By the way, think you cannot write a 50,000 page book? Write 100 articles and you have between 40,000 and 50,000 words. What is the difference? What if you spent one whole day outlining your book so that you had 10 chapters with 10 subtopics each? Then wrote 500 words on each topic, article style? What if you wrote 10 of those sections everyday and submitted 3 of them to some article directories, and included in your bio that this article is an excerpt from your upcoming book? And then have them opt in to your announcement list? When you have 100 people on your announcement list, you will be real anxious to get the book finished.

I know this might sound a little strange and weird. But I bring this up because I was outside playing with my dog last night and got a mostique bite on my tattoo that I have on my shoulder. Now I’m not too sure if I’m the only one this happens too, but I swear I am allergic to mostique. Every time one bites me I swell up where they bite me and it itches really bad. Well to the tattoo part. Since the bit was ironically right in the middle of my tattoo, my tattoo decided to get all raised and bumpy. So I was wondering if this has happened to someone else. I will admit that my tattoo will get raised and bumpy on it’s own sometime without the bug bite. However, I have read that this is normal and there is nothing to be scared of. It has to do with something with the ink. Honestly I don’t think people really know why this happens but it does and you shouldn’t be alarmed by it. Well back to the bug bite. Usually, what I do is grab a piece of ice and rub it across my tattoo for a while and then dry it off and put some lotion on it and the bumpiness usually goes away. So the moral of this story is don’t fret if you notice your tattoo getting raised and bumpy from a bug bite. Nothing is wrong and it will go down soon. However, the only time you should worry about your tattoo getting raised, bumpy and itchy is after you have gotten the tattoo, Which this reaction may indicate that your are allergic to the ink and you should contact a doctor asap. The press release was first introduced in 1906 by Ivy Lee, who is often referred to as the first real public relations practitioner. At that time, Lee’s agency was working with the Pennsylvania Railroad, which had just fallen victim to a tragic accident. Ivy Lee convinced the company to issue the first press release to journalists, before other versions of the story got out. He used a press release to invite journalists and photographers to the scene and provided their transportation. Since that time, the press release has become the most common way of informing the press of an event or action that will happen or has happened or is in progress. Press releases used to be primarily faxed to news rooms, but more and more they accept e-mail press releases, so you may be able to send it either way. After you send the press release, it is very important to call and follow-up. Follow these 10 tips and you’ll be sure to have your press release published. 1. Make sure the information is newsworthy. Anything you write must capture your reader’s attention right off the bat

There are actually no hard and fast rules in writing and delivering a eulogy speech. All you need to remember is that you are going to deliver the eulogy in a funeral so it will help if you keep the tone of the speech somber while helping the audience commemorate the good times when the departed was still alive. Your eulogy speech will depend upon the kind of relationship you have with the departed. If the departed is a family, then you may want to speak fondly of how the departed has changed your life as well as the lives of other family members. You can also talk about how the lessons you have learned from the departed and how he may have made a difference in everyone’s lives. You can also have a eulogy delivered for a friend. Here, you can share some of the happiest memories you have with the departed, adding some humor to help ease the audience’s mourning. You can mention how much the departed meant to you and how much he / she meant to the audience. If the eulogy speech is for a co-employee, then you may want to deliver a well-informed speech that may include the departed’s accomplishment and how he/she may have inspired everyone in the workplace. Whatever kind of speech you need to write and deliver, it is always best to keep it brief. A rule of thumb is never to exceed five (5) minutes in a speech. Keep your speech kind. It is not uncommon for someone to feel frustrated when working with hired writers or agencies. That is because usually, these agencies are hired to do work that has a very tight deadline. And when time is scarce, tension tends to build up. The slightest thing that goes wrong may cause the deadlines to be missed. With everyone feeling jittery all the time, it’s hard to maintain the composure, which is exactly what is needed to get the job done. Professional writing agencies understand this problem very well. Most of the frustrations can actually be avoided with proper communications. This is to prevent a writer from completing the writing, only to find it’s not what the customer wants. And there just isn’t enough time to revise the writing. Some customers than ask for refunds and here’s where tempers flare. Fortunately, all that can be avoided if you follow these simple tips. 1) Give clear and concise instructions. When placing your order, always give as much information as you can to the writers. Remember, both parties are looking to achieve the same goal, which is to get the writing done in the shortest possible time. So it’s a win-win for everyone if the writer has your cooperation. Tell them exactly what you are looking for, and how you want the essays to be written. Give them ideas and examples whenever possible. Browse the internet for examples of writings that are very close to what you want, and forward the URLs to the writers. Tell them what you would like to see, and what you don’t want to see. Usually, writers hired by professional writing agencies are well trained, and you can expect them to follow your specific instructions. When you give comprehensive instructions, you have a much better chance of receiving the exact type of essays that you want. 2) Keep your composure at all times. When tension is on the rise, this is hard to do. But losing your temper when working with the writers will not help the situation. So keep your cool and figure out ways to solve the problems. For example, a writer may come back with an essay that you are not satisfied with. Make it known to them the exact parts or segments that you want revised. And remind them graciously that you are running out of time. Explain to them why those segments are unsatisfactory, and give them more time to make the revisions. Although time is something that you may not be able to afford, adopting this strategy is still better than losing tempers, as flaring up will not help complete the task at hand. So focus on the important things, and don’t let petty events get to you. If the writer still cannot deliver on time, you can always ask for a full refund. However, when you engage the services of a professional writing agency, this rarely happens. So learn to work with your writers, even though you may be feeling frustrated over certain things. You will be glad you did, because when it’s finally over, you can give yourself a pat on the back for a job well done, and breath a huge sigh of relief. Buy essay or buy an essay that are custom written by excellent writers.

Something happened this week that really took me by surprise but made me stop and think. An online networking acquaintance of mine “borrowed” an article I had written and posted it on her blog as her own. Needless to say, I was shocked to see my article on her site with no credit given to me, and I felt violated, not unlike how I felt when my home was robbed many years ago. To top it off, her business is directly competitive with mine, so I felt a double “slap in the face”. I’m certain that I was not meant to see that blog, but alas, the online community is really not as vast as it appears to be! I feel compelled to write about this because I have a feeling my situation is all too common. Articles are a dime-a-dozen on the net, and what’s stopping anyone from taking something they did not write and posting it on their site or blog as their own? Nothing! Nothing but integrity. Those of us who own our own businesses work hard to promote them and the competition is fierce. Writing does not come easily to everyone, and those of us to do write do so with effort and time invested. So please, if you see something that you love and you want to use it, please, please ask for permission. Very often, writers are willing to allow their work to be used if proper credit is given. Just ask. Or better yet, write your own article and allow others to read and re-print (with permission, of course!). I’m going to start doing a post or two a week about celebrity tattoos. For some unknown reason the world seems to be overly obsessed with celebrities and people want to know everything about them and their tattoos are no different. Many people are curious to know what some of their favorite celebrities have tattoos of and what some of them might mean. Well I thought I would start with Penelope Cruz. I know she is a kind of random celebrity but I read this interview with her talking about her tattoo. Or should I say the lack of talking about her tattoo. Penelope seems to be very guarded about her tattoo and will not reveal the meaning or significance behind it. Which in all honesty she has every right to feel that way. But it is a little odd because most people like to share the story behind their tats. But if she wants to keep hers private than all power to her. Here is how the interview went, Is it true that you have 883 tattooed on your ankle? It is true, but I never say why. Is it an area code? No, and it’s not a Harley-Davidson. It’s not the different things that have been said. So everyone can have a theory? I don’t think anyone cares. It’s my own tattoo. And it’s your own ankle. Uh-huh.
