Definitions and those who are accurate and concise have a self-position in academic writing. Definitions are basically written for a particular thing to define it in its concise form in simplest manner so as to make it approachable for the reader at the first reading. Definitions seems to be very short, but is based on very focused and accurate objectives. Writing definitions is thus not that easy; it requires well words, good knowledge and has balanced sense of meaning. Definition is ill if it doesn’t make any sense of the object it is written for. They’re a few points that are kept in mind before writing a definition; these are necessary and should be fulfilled in writing so as to make it complete definition. A definition must compromise the word that is defined, the class to which the particular thing belong should also be mentioned in the second and the third thing to be mentioned is the differentiating characteristics of the particular object with other things of the same class. This makes the particular thing more focused and valuable and the reader is compatible in learning about that particular thing. The definition are best explained in simple words and short way, we observe dictionaries, reviewed books and other academic writings that include definitions to make the meaning more clear and understanding, it is a good way to clear concepts or writings of past by including definitions and precise writing in the paragraph. Since the readers require definition to complete his or her knowledge, the definition thus is composed in such way that compromises the words they know about. The definition with example in it makes it clearer as the readers read to get their key words solved or the words they are not familiar with so this is well supported with the help of examples. A lot of websites on Internet are good for sake of definitions, as they follow up with the detailed summary of the definition first given. Many websites are meant for definitions and these are reliable and famous one. One should correctly know when and where to use the definition; it is not always necessary to insert definition where it is not needed. Definition is used when the paragraph consists of few words that are technical and are not commonly read by the reader audience. If the paragraph is written in relation to a detailed and deep subjectivity, there is a need of definition. Not every one explains one thing in similar way, so it is necessary to think of your own examples related to the particular thing that is defined. The definition is also used in the case if the paragraph is related to the historical topic and the word is common to the reader; for example about Christ or Mars or Egypt. The definition should be classic and should be different with the common writing. The literature used should be sophisticated. Many writers are known for writing a poor state of definition like that repeating the word continuously or shaping the words again and again. The three parts of a definition are discussed above; those should be written in a precise way and with accurate meaning.

For days I’ve sat and thought–in an effort to arrive at a somewhat intense, philosophical, or okay, even superficial idea, for an article that will benefit a discerning, entrepreneurial population! For a way to surely officially seal my knowledge of the numerous machinations of the virtual realm to the advantage of any readers! Nothing, nada, zip! Perhaps the difficulty lies in trying to be “too” reflective. Or maybe overly verbose! After all, few of us are rarely profound and intense
The two rules of thumb for developing demonstration speech topics are: talk about something you know about, and satisfy the needs of your audience. 1. Find a topic that is close related to your hobbies, skills, pet peeves, job or favorite sports. Organize your rough ideas on good speech topics. Make a list of the things you love to do or make. 2. Apply rule two: analyze your audience. Who are they? What are their interests? What do they like? What are their needs? Answer these questions and make notes. 3. Study both lists and look for similarities and common grounds. Pick out the issue or topic that meets two rules of thumb. 4. Now develop your demonstration speech topic. The easiest way is to show how to do something, how something is done, how to make something, or how something works. Start with one of these example phrases. Fill in the informative topic of your choice. How to make … How to fix … How to use … How to do … How … works How … is done, produced or made Also try it with other verbs, vary and tweak. Concrete examples of demonstration speech topics are: How to cook a pie How to tie a tie How to be a vegetarian How to fix a flat tire How to create a Halloween mask How to clean your car How to change a bank cheque 5. Determine the specific purpose of your speech topic. State it in one simple sentence. Example: I want to demonstrate how to make a very special cocktail drink. 6. Determine the central idea of your demonstration speech text. Describe what your presentation is about and why you want to share your ideas. Example: “I want to preserve a special cocktail drink recipe by teaching how to make the cocktail.” 7. Write an attractive attention getting introduction. Tell what you are going to show and teach them. Tell why you choose this demonstration topic. Tell why your listeners should know how to do it. Tell that they only have to follow your instructions. 8. Demonstrate the cocktail making and shaking process step by step. Show the activities or moves in a logical chronological order. 9. Help them to do it by themselves - cocktail shaking always causes a lot of fun! 10. And last but not least, apply the time limit and the special rules of your public speaking assignment. 50+ examples of demonstration speech topics can be found at .speech-topics-help.com/demonstration-speech-topics.html. If you have some writing talents then article marketing can be a fun and profitable business. This is a unique and new way to use those talents and make money as you go. If you have any interest at all you should give it a whirl. If you think you have the interest to pursue article marketing remember it is important to write articles that catch the reader’s interest. These should be unique articles that no one has read yet. These new fresh articles are a sure way to gain the attention of new readers. It is also just as essential to have high-quality and unique content. These are things that will not only gain readers’ attention; it will keep their attention! When you have content that is really unique, readers will not only be interested; they will read your articles. It is critical that you choose subject matter that is of interest to readers. You should choose topics that evoke strong feelings in the reader. Instead of being opinionated, stick to factual content. What is thought provoking to readers is also attention grabbing. Many individuals have discovered methods of turning article marketing into a career. The field originated recently enough that a fair bit of “frontier” still remains. Remember that you have two primary goals. The first is to keep your text interesting. The second is to publish fresh material. The easiest way to decrease your readership is by putting up “warmed over” text. It is very important to make sure that the articles that you publish are new and different. Also check to make sure that the subject has not been written about a lot. Readers want to see articles about unique and current topics. Don’t publish articles from years past, people want to read about new things. Remember this is not really difficult and you don’t have to expend a great deal of effort on it. There is no need for you to pen column upon column by yourself. You can hire others to do the writing. If you are properly organized, you can be the brains behind the firm, posting the copy and collecting the money. Article marketing is an excellent business opportunity for people with good writing and editorial skills, as well as a good grasp of what is current and what is not. Creating unique articles is essential to the success of your business. To engage readers, you must produce new articles on topics about which the readers will have strong opinions. The articles must focus on facts, and not just your opinions. You do not have to create these articles yourself; you can contract to have this work done. Your roles are to make sure that the articles have unique content, to submit the articles, and collect the payments.
Many article submission site do not offer a separate resource box for you to fill out. I am not sure why they do this, but a number of sites use this format. Unfortunately, many writers will just shrug their shoulders and submit their article. I’m sure this is the case because a large number of articles that I see from those sites do not include any links from the authors. That is a shame because the article is written to benefit the site and it’s readers, while the resource box is written to benefit the author. The links in the resource box represent the author’s compensation. When a writer submits an article without the resource information, he is working for free. The site still benefits, but the author does not. Personally, I would not submit many articles if there was no potential compensation for me. I don’t mind it when I am making a submission to a site that omits the author resource box. I skip a space at the bottom of the article and add in my resource box information. I’ve been doing that as long as I’ve been writing articles. When I first tried it, I went to the site a few days later and checked my article to see if my resource info was included. Sure enough, there it was. Since then, I always add my resource information to the bottom of the article if no box is provided and I have never had an article refused (or delayed) by those sites. This type of site actually turns out to be a benefit to the author. When submitting to a site with a standard resource box, it is obvious to the reader where the resource information begins. However, when there is no resource box, you can design your links right into the bottom of the article. If you craft it well, it gives your links a little more credibility and can increase the clicks that you get from that article. So the next time you are in the midst of your submissions and you run across a site without a resource box, don’t just shrug your shoulders and submit the article including only your name. Thank them and weave your links into the bottom of the article. You should be compensated for the work you do! In creative fiction writing, the author needs a framework, but his/her characters have some freedom within the framework. A good story must have a basic framework to hang upon. There are two basic approaches to framework creation. One approach is to create a detailed outline of the order of events in the story from the beginning to the end and have the final product be a fully fleshed out version of the outline. Another method is to have a basic overall picture of where the story will go and some of the important events that will occur along the way, including a rough idea of how the tale should end. In this second approach, the story is given more freedom to unfold and the author may even surprise himself or herself. In fact, in this approach the author might well be writing to find out what happens. Regardless of whether you are a storyteller who prefers a greater structure on which to hang a story or whether you are a storyteller who prefers more spontaneity, there will always be a dynamic relationship, an interaction, between the tale that is being crafted and the characters developed to inhabit that story and bring it to life. Many beginning authors fall into the rigid mindset that, “I am the author. I create the story. I know how I want my story to end and what is going to occur along the way.” This isn’t always true. Your characters may sometimes have different ideas. They have a certain amount of control over the story. This is true regardless of which basic story framework style you choose to follow. As a good storyteller, you have endeavored to create your characters’ personalities in a detailed manner so that if someone ran into them on the street that person would recognize the characters. Based on the personality established for a given character, one can predict how the character will react in most situations since every person can be somewhat predictable. Once you as an author have figured out this basic pattern and you give the character a similar situation, will she always react that same way? The answer surprises some people. It is a resounding: Not always. Real people are oftentimes inconsistent and will end up surprising you. Therefore, to have a believable character, you must make the character behave like a real person and allow him or her to sometimes do the unexpected, or, otherwise, you have created a robot your readers will not like. Therefore, don’t force the story on the character. Sometimes the story will have to be adapted to fit the character. Nevertheless, when you break the character’s general trends, it absolutely must be believable. The event should not sound like a false note that distracts the reader. At the same time, it is all right to have some notes that stick out as long as they do not detract from the work as a whole. This is a balance you as a storyteller will have to practice and play around with. But while playing around, remember just as you should not force the story on the character, you should not force the character on the story. Story and character interact and create something bigger than either one alone. This dynamic interaction is the magic of story creation that will inspire your readers to visit your world frequently. A SOFT SUMMER RAIN God, Where is my life? What can I do To be free of strife? I try to see Where I may go, I try to find me From long ago. It all should be simple I feel in my heart To find my path Or at least a start. Can I be happy Or at least content? Why do I wonder At what you’ve sent? Too many years, Too many tears Make me question, Strengthen my fears. I meet someone, A perfect match And then I wonder Where is the catch? Do I deserve A person like this Who sets me afire With a simple kiss. Deep inside I know my worth But life has hurt me Since my birth. I forget the good But remember the bad. Why do I do this?, It makes me sad. God, Where is my life? What can I do To be free from strife? The answer comes Into my mind, You search for things You cannot find. Life’s not simple, Nor free from pain But it can feel Like A Soft Summer Rain. If you only see mud You miss it all, Open yourself To natures true call. Feel the joy Of rain on your face, Spread your arms The rainbow embrace. Free your spirit, Break your chains, Enjoy the pleasure Of Your Summer Rain!
In a paper at Regional Conference of the Association of Commonwealth Literature and Language Studies Held at India International Centre ,New Delhi on February23-6,1975,R.Parthasarathy , while exposing the position of Indian writers in English referred to the comments of American poets Allen Ginsberg ,Gary Snycler and Peter Onlovsky: “If we were gangster poets we would shoot you”(1), his threat was direct against the Indian writers’ failure to take risk with the English language. To explain the reason behind this R.Parthasarathy says that there at least two problems which prevent Indian writers to take the risk. First is related to the kind of experience he would like to express in English . Indian who use the English language gets in some extent alienated . This development is superficial and this is why many blame ‘Indian Writers in English’(IWE) as writers who present India in a foreign view-point .There work doesn’t contain a deep analysis of the Indian realities and Indian characters . Many regional writers (many of who are even Jnapitha Awardees) say writing in English in India is a severe handicap as it tends to make their writing export oriented .Hindi writer Rajendra Yadav puts it as : “The IWE take a tourist look at India , like Pankaj Mishra’s The Romantics , where he is simply a tourist who does not know the inner psyche of people or a more clever device Vikram Seth uses in A S suitable Boy ,the pretext of looking for a bride-groom ,which takes him to different locales and professions . It is a creatively written travelers’ guide .They travel into our culture , describe a bit of our geography ; their total approach is a westerner’s :a third rate ‘serpant-rope trick’” Many believe that IWE is circumscribed by what only westerner can appreciate :either exotica or erotica .Both these elements are visible in Ruth Prawar Jhabavala’s Heat and Dust .There is description of shrines , Sadhus ,Nawabs ,Princes and their castles along with sex and gay-parties and Hijraas .Jhabvala’s picture of princely India is extremely un realistic ,quixotic and pseudo-romantic .Similar is the case of Arundhati Roy’s The God of Small Things . B.Jaya Mohan in a recent interview to Out Look magazine (February 25 , 2002) said :”Writers like Roy are superficial and exotic .When Roy uses English to express a Malayalam idiom , it might be exotic for westerner , but for Indians it is not very exciting .” Still there are writers in English for whom a little praise is made ,but that even by another English writer. In an obituary to R.K.Narayan in Time magazine ,V.S.Naipul writes :”His people can eat off leaves on a floor in a slum tenement ,hang their upper clothes on a coat stand ,do all that in correct English ,and there is no strangeness ,no false comedy ,no distance” But still regional writers believe ; ” …but any Tamil writer would have put more life into his novels than R.K. did”. The battle of the first kind of problem guides us into the second and this is ‘ the quality of idiom the writer uses’ .R .Parthasarathy says that ” there is obviously a time lag between the living , creative idiom and the English used in India .And this time lag is not likely to diminish”. It is because the historical situation is to blame .Besides there is no special English idiom ,either .English in India rarely approaches the liveliness and idiosyncrasy of usage one finds in African or West Indian writing , perhaps because of the long tradition of literature in Indian languages . This is explained by Kannada d Oyen ” writers in Indian language have a rich back-ground — centuries old literary traditional, folk tales and life all round them — the IWE only have front yard”. That’s why Rushdie draws form the ethos and Hindi of Mumbai, while writers like Narayan draws from Tamil and Raja Rao from Kannada .But still the idiom they use lacks in liveliness, because “it’s impossible to transfer into English the cultural traditions and the associations of language”. This is why it is not surprising that writers in English tend to over emphasize their Indianness . This also explains why Michael Madhusudan Dutt after publishing thesis first book The Captive Lady(1849) in English turned to Bengali to become the first modern Indian poet . While a regional writer can directly concentrate mode of writing the IWE has to face a complex problem—‘he has to go through the tedious explanations of the idioms he uses in his book ,leaving little space for creative writing’. Perhaps Narayan was the only writer who never cared for such explanations .Naipaul writes (Time, June 4 ,2001) : “There is or used to be a kind of Indian writer who used many italics and for the excitement ,had a glossary of perfectly simple local words at the back of his book .Narayan never did that .He explains little or nothing; he talks everything about his people and his little town for granted”. But this is not possible for every IWE writer who wants to perform an experiment in creative English writing .R.Parthasarathy explains in the context of his own position as an English poet with Tamil as his mother tongue . “English is a part of my intellectual, rational make-up Tamil my emotional ,psychic make-up “Hence it is he believes that every IWE feels that he has an unnecessary burden to do the explanation of the idioms he uses ,and My Tongue in English Chain is a theoretical statement of this problem. Russian scholar E.J.Kalinikova in Problems of Modern Indian Literature (1975) also refers to this problem in G.Byol’s words : “National coloring is like naiveté’ ,if you realize you have it ,then you have already lost it […] Conception of the Indian through Indian eyes is natural, and this only determine the scope of literary subject”, where as an English writer of India tries to give .The elements in a foreign language for which the whole experience of that element is strange and in the end what is produced is in Kamala Das’s words: “It is half English, half Indian Funny perhaps, but it is honest” [An Introduction] To provide a compromise M.R.Anand writes in his essay Pigeon
Article marketing can be very profitable part of your online business, but you have to write one or more articles per day. Many excellent writers who want to get started are reluctant because English is not their primary language and they want to sell to an English speaking market. I have spoken with a number of my subscribers who are dealing with this problem. In addition, these individuals frequently have difficulty in getting their articles approved by the large article directories. If you find yourself in this situation, there is an alternative for you. Seek out a mentor, a friend online who is willing to help you out. Make sure your mentor is a good writer and is totally familiar with sentence structure and English grammar. I know what you are thinking… “Who would help me, I don’t know anyone online?” Make some friends, join some lists. List owners are usually more than willing to help their subscribers. I have personally re-written articles in English for a number of my subscribers. It only takes five minutes. So if you want to try to get into the lucrative field of article marketing, but don’t have the language skills, ask around. Surely there are others out there who can spare a few minutes of their precious time to help you out. Here is another similar idea that you can try. Write ten to twenty articles and get them corrected by one or more mentors. Then take those twenty articles to an online service provider like Elance and look for writers who can completely re-write those articles for one dollar each. I have seen projects like this on services like Elance. Once you get those articles re-written, post another project using the same terms. That way, you are getting your articles written for about fifty cents each. And in the article marketing business, that price is a real steal! Try it; it may work for you.
