Providing a newsletter for your opt-in list subscribers provides many benefits in terms of driving traffic into your site as well as boosting the sales and profits of your site and company. This is a marketing ploy that will not hugely dent your marketing budget and will not also require many man-hours in developing this project. With a newsletter, you can inform the public about your company and products as well as services. You can keep them posted and updated about what’s going-on with your company as well as many of your promotions and offerings. With these, you keep on reminding your subscribers that you are still here and is willing to offer them good deals and services. Newsletters also allow you to impress your subscribers. It can show your expertise and knowledge about the topic at hand and the many benefits you can offer them. When you impress people, they will become potential customers and another great thing is that they can recommend you to their friends, colleagues and family. All of them could very well be customers in the future. If you do not have a newsletter or publishing one for your site, then you may have to consider about researching and be well informed on how to publish one. It is not as easy as it seems but if and when you get the right idea and process, it will be smooth sailing from there on. Try to take the time to learn what you need to learn and get that newsletter ready and good to attract subscribers to your newsletter as well as traffic to your site. In the next few paragraphs, I will provide you with some things to reflect on when you decide to start your own newsletter for your site. Here are five things to consider when publishing a newsletter. 1) Make sure that the content of your newsletter pertains to and closely associated with your business or the theme of your site. Do not dwell too far on what could be regarded as your field of expertise. You have started a site and your theme for your site will always be something you are knowledgeable about. For example; if you have a site that sells auto car parts, your newsletter must contain articles or content like photos that pertain to cars, auto parts and such. You may also include content about your company and your staff. Remember that visitors of a certain site are there because they are interested in what the site has to offer. If they sign up for an opt-in list or for a newsletter this means that they want to be updated for that certain theme or subject. Be sure that when you publish your newsletter you are providing for the need of the subscriber as well as their interests. 2) Ensure that you have well written, information riddled and content rich articles. You articles will be the body of your newsletter and that they should be able to excite your readers as well as provide information. Articles should be well written and checked for errors such as spelling and grammatical errors for it to look professional and believable. The trust of your client to you and newsletter is at stake here. 3) Fact-check your articles. Make sure that you provide true facts and figures so that your reputation as an expert and knowledgeable in that field is not questioned. If you lose the trust of your subscribers these may persuade them to unsubscribe to your newsletter. You will lose many potential sales this way. 4) Provide fresh and new articles that can provide new information to your subscribers. If you publish stale and old news in your newsletter, there is a tendency that people or your subscribers already have read and known about them. This will lose their interest in your newsletter and they wont get to read what is most important, your ads. They may not open or read any of your succeeding newsletters losing your intention in writing and publishing newsletters, to get them to visit your site and make a purchase. 5) Never use copyrighted materials such as photos and articles. This is outright plagiarism, you may get into a lot of trouble for this. You can lose your business and get sued over copyright infringement. If you do not have the time to write your own articles, there are many willing and able professional article writers that can do it for you for a reasonable fee. All your investment in writing and publishing articles will be well worth it when you see your list build up and your traffic increasing. One of the commonest complaints website content writers have is that they do not have enough time to give good quality in their articles. Come to think about it, this is not an unjustified complaint at all. Article writers ordinarily have to provide a huge number of articles within a deadline, and quite often they may even be ignorant of the subject they are going to write on. So, it becomes quite a chore

Tags: guinea, niani, sankarani river, river niger, mandiana, eastern guinea, road to bamako .I depart from Mandiana customs check point in the afternoon and hit the road towards Niani.Without a proper map (as there is none) the road is not clearly marked, especially its condition. To my astonishment I find it in much better condition than the ones I got used to since entering Guinea. At 40-50 mph this seems a real highway to me. A few checkpoints on the way, nothing spectacular, the usual ‘pay ‘n drive’ method works well here. The scenery has changed into complete Savannah now. Grasslands and scrubs, solitary Baobab trees, but no more the dense tropical jungle. Life in these areas is dreadful, no running water, no electricity, as in dark ages. People though can adapt to any condition that is put upon them. We reach Niani at night close to 19 hours P.M. and my fuel is close to nil. Of course Niani, the border town must be having fuel, or so I think. What I finally find is not the usual filling station. After crossing the town, which is not much of a settlement, I am directed to the ’station’. I can not somehow forget this scene, it is another milestone on a long road through Africa. I find a petroleum lit grass hut, crooked stems serve as poles, a straw covered roof. The fuel is all filled in beer bottles of 0.7 ltrs, lined up in a row on front of the ‘gas station’. If it were not for the acute shortage, I would laugh at this, but now I realize I have no choice, for after Niani there is a 100 miles nothing except bush and unknown territory. So I fill a 50 bottles of ‘beer’ gas, its price almost double inflated to the normal rate. I do not even want to look for food, for I know I have to continue to Mali tonight. So I leave, with a unforgettable memory in place. The evening brings some cool air, I sense the mighty river nearby. And when I reach the bonfire that is lit near the main road I recognize the Guinean border guards who camp here. To describe this would take another chapter, however this is an entry / exit point and I must say the guards are the friendliest I ever found in Guinea. The exit stamp in my passport, i carry on, the dark road passing through the middle of the bush, beside the river. Driving carefully in the dark, against my mentors advice, I focus my full attention on the rough road ahead of me. The river Sankarani I cant see, as it is dark, but to me it is more a lake than a river. Floating gently, but mightily. A build up to the mighty dam that feeds three quarters of Mali with electricity, the Barrage de Selingui. A gigantic project as I am to see later on. A premonition overcomes me I can’t explain why, but I slow down my vehicle to a mere 10 mph. I cannot see the road ahead of me, and the high beams are not helping much either. I notice the concrete structure that stands in the dark was once a bride crossing a creek beneath. Now, the bridge has been washed away, and I am standing 6 meters over the creek that floats beneath under it. In the darkness I maneuver the car back and find a diversion I passed minutes ago, leading to the creek’s bottom. The normal type of vehicle would not be able to drive through this makeshift road, but I manage to cross the waters which aren’t deep surprisingly and climb up the other side to continue my journey. The road turns to the left and leads into pure grassland, with bumps shaking us to the brink. In the distance a see a shimmering light, a line decorated with obsolete plastic carrier bags in all colors indicate a further check point. No one in sight, in the middle of the Savannah. I blow my horn. It is now 20 hours and I still have to make headway, I force myself. After a few minutes a customs guy appears and tells me the border is closed for tonight, from his uniform I can see we have reached the Malian customs. I beg, a common way of getting things done in these parts, to let me pass, as I have pressing business in Bamako. After consultation for which he disappears back into the dark, he reappears and removes the rope that serves as a barrier. We cross the line and follow him, guiding us to a shelter build from grass, roots and pieces of logs. The papers I am asked to submit. He disappears into the hut, and I wait. 5 minutes, 10 minutes pass. After 15 minutes I follow him and see three customs officials inspecting my ‘international vaccination card’. I am asked if all my vaccinations are in order, which I confirm. Something they must find, and in my case they ask me for a valid ‘Vaccination contre Meningitis’ as you guess right the vaccination against Meningitis is what delays my departure. 5000 CFA change their hands and I carry on through the night. next episode : night in the bush

Thank my friend Travis Sago for the explosion of article writers in the Internet marketing arena. With his Bum Marketing taking the Internet marketing community by storm, there isn’t a marketer worth his salt who isn’t writing an article for the purpose of selling his products. Well, the problem with this is that they don’t know how to do it the right way. If you’re going to write articles for the purpose of selling, you have to think more like a copywriter and less like a writer. I’m going to try to explain why and how to do this. The why is simple. If the purpose of your article is ultimately to get people to trust you enough to buy from you, then you have to write a certain kind of article…one that not only informs but sells as well. This is a tricky thing to do because articles by their definition are more informational pieces than sales pieces. As a matter of fact, many directories won’t accept your articles if they are too sales oriented. So how do you get around this? Well, the most important thing is to have a title for your article that attracts attention. You want it to stand out, much like the headline of a good sales page. So if your article is about the new Gears Of War 2 game and you want to give people some tips on how to win it, you might come up with a title like “3 Killer Gears Of War 2 Tips Guaranteed To Make You A Winner.” It’s a little wordy, but trust me, it will do the job. Anybody who is into the game will want to read the article and learn these tips. After you’ve done that much, the next step is to actually give them what you promised them in the article. Yes, you have to deliver or they’re going to come away from the article feeling very cheated. This is also similar to copywriting. The copy of your sales page has to deliver on the promise of the headline, either through testimonials, proof or guarantees. The more proof you can offer the prospect, the more likely they are to buy whatever it is you’re selling. Finally, in your resource box of the article, you need a very strong call to action to check out your site related to whatever it is the article was about. In the case of Gears Of War 2, it might be a manual for the game or maybe the game itself for those on the fence about buying it. If you delivered on the article’s promise, you’ll have a better chance of getting them to buy. This call to action is very similar to the call to action that a copywriter uses on his sales page. So you see, writing an article for the purpose of marketing is not much different from writing a sales letter. Follow this guide and your articles should perform very well for you. link:sriramsblog.co.cc

Passionate love is depicted in Goethe’s work, “The Sorrow’s of Young Winter”. The central character of Goethe’s book is Werther. From his correspondence with his acquaintance Wilhelm we find out that he is about twenty and not yet, understands what the aim of his life is, and which profession he will occupy. A different character is Lotte, who is 19-years-old, the daughter of a lonely officer. from the time when her mother’s died, she has been managing the household alone and is careful to her younger siblings. She was engaged for a secretary Albert, who is a kind and temperate man but turn out to be Werther’s rival. The person who reads does not find out anything concerning Wilhelm, to whom Werther’s correspond. Moreover, reader needs to speculate about the things that are written in Wilhelm’s letters by the content of Werther’s answers. Consequently, the reader himself happens to be on Wilhelm’s place. Werther, who is of middle-class origin, leaves his house to put some order into the accounts of family property of his mother. But in a little while he forgets his mission and spends his time taking pleasure of his life and long days in the nature. He soon gets acquainted with the good people who inhabit his “paradise”. Called to a dance by his new friends he gets acquainted with Lotte and falls in love with her at once, despite the fact that she is engaged. During a storm, as in a romantic fairy tale , both understand that their fondness is reciprocal. From this time, Werther pays visits to her almost every day and spends wonderful hours by her. But after Albert, Lotte’s bride-to-be comes back from his trip, Werther’s feelings for Lotte turn from wonderful to the source of his sorrow as Albert’s being there makes it obvious to him that his love needs to remain unhappy as Lotte will never be able to share his feelings. Though Albert is kind to Werther, their relationships are confusing as besides their rival ship over she it becomes obvious that they honor different value systems. It is in his correspondence that Werther understands his deep feelings for Lotte can be his fate for the sentiment of complete love is one-sided; he finally makes a decision to leave her for saving him. When a duke suggests him a work as an envoy, Werther expects to mentally, and psychologically escape Lotte’s influence. His attempts to do well as a citizen in dignity are crushed by the conditions of the social order determined by class. disappointed Werther comes back to the place his heart names home, to Lotte. Nevertheless, while Werther was away, Lotte and Albert have wedded. Werther’s state of mind becomes ever more unbalanced by this clear and undefeatable obstruction for his absolute love. His motive cannot hold back his feelings. Once in nighttime Werther pays a visit to Lotte as Albert is absent. He embraces and kisses her fervently and throws himself toher legs. However, Lotte breaks free and escapes to another room with the aim not to give in to Werther’s passions. Distressed after this incident, Werther goes on with a letter he had started before, takes from Albert two revolvers under pretence and kills himself. To sum up, passionate love is a very unsteady one, only satiated if full concentration and ardor is directed onto the love object. Any high or low may affect the lover’s feelings, going from tetchiness to suicide. Though it is dangerous, lots of people deal with it on everyday basis. It can lead people to radical measures, possibly even murder. Whether it is conveyed through writing, or through music, the feeling is just as great. How do you, or would you, communicate with employees who work offsite? Perhaps you have telecommuters reporting to you, or sales reps who work out of offices in other cities. How do you communicate with them? Let’s start with the strategic issues: what do you want to accomplish by communicating with them? And, why would they want to communicate with you? Strategic means you’ll probably want to deal with issues like productivity, accountability, and predictability. You want to know what the offsite employee does, how she does it, and what she will do in the future. Still in the strategic vein, you’ll ask yourself why she would want to communicate with you: some reasons might include the need to maintain human contact with the office, to get resources from you, or to work on her productivity. To return to our sales reps example, you might want them target the certain prospects or to focus on high-margin products, From the other side, you might ask them about their needs and discover they need to know about product availability and a competitor’s new products. Once you have a clear, articulated understanding of why you’re communicating, you can move to the tactical issues. Issues such as: how often, what issues to raise, and by what means. Normally, you’ll find the tactical matters tend resolve themselves if you do a good job on strategy. That is, the answers to tactical questions tend to flow out of the decisions made in setting up the strategy. Using our offsite sales reps example, you might decide to send a group email once a week, and in it provide information the sales reps want. You’ll also add information that you want to convey to them, especially information about the benefits of targeting and margins. In addition, you’ll also call each rep individually once a month to review his or her personal performance. In these calls, you’ll deal with their individual performance. You’ll also ask about their particular needs and wants, and try to satisfy those needs. As well as developing strategies and tactics, you’ll also schedule some evaluations. Periodically, you’ll sit down and ask yourself how well the offsite people are targeting and what proportion of their sales come through high margin products. If they’re doing well, you’ll stick to the course you set earlier. On the other hand, if performance doesn’t meet your standards, then you could look at increasing the number of contacts, and the duration of each contact. Maybe you need to bring everyone into the office once a quarter, while still maintaining your weekly group mailing and individual contacts monthly. In summary, as the number of offsite employees and service providers increases, the pressure to develop plans to communicate with them will grow as well. To make the most of this communication, start with strategic issues that define why you want to be in contact with them, and why they would want to be in contact with you. Robert F. SEO copywriting is the perfect high-paying, work-from-home job with huge growth potential. If you‘ve ever considered starting a freelance writing career, or want to find an ideal work-from-home job that pays well, SEO copywriting is it. Following is why. Internet marketers are beginning to value the services of professional SEO copywriters who know their stuff, so to speak. And, it’s no wonder. The growth in online advertising is exploding and junk content (ie, $5 per article content providers) just doesn’t drive traffic — and convert prospects into buyers — the way professionally written content does. Internet Marketing: The Growth Explosion of Online Advertising Professional SEO copywriters will be in great demand for years to come, if the following is anything to go by: According to a 2007 ZenithOptimedia report, online advertising will hit three milestones in the coming years: (i) it will surpass radio ad spending in 2008; (ii) it will make up a double-digit share of global advertising in 2009; and (iii) it will surge pass s magazine ad spending in 2010. And, this may be the most shocking statistic of all when it comes to the growth of online advertising: “We forecast it to grow 24% in 2008 and 69% over the next three years, reaching US$61 billion in 2010. We forecast the traditional media to grow 5% and 14% respectively over the same periods.” [Source: ZenithOptimedia December 2007 Press Release, Market to accelerate in 2008 despite credit squeeze (Learn more at ZenithOptimedia dot com)] With this kind of money pouring into the market, internet marketers are going to rely on SEO copywriters who really understand the intricacies of web marketing. Writers are the last ones you think would need help with journaling. But speaking from experience, I can tell you we do. And realizing the general benefits of journaling and the ones especially good for writers, I’ decided to share them. First of all, I am not talking about normal journaling. You know the kind: Today I ___ and had a fight with my spouse because I wrote too long again, and so on. I mean intentional journaling, which really is not as bad as it sounds. You simply decide to journal, pick a specific topic, and either use a certain tool or just write whatever comes to mind. The benefits include more clarity, creativity, deeper meaning, insight, and much more! The following two journaling tools are a great help to writers: Smart Questions–Statements and questions evoke different responses from your subconscious mind. Statements are perceived as fact and use the left brain, while questions create more outside the box, intuitive, and creative responses. They, in turn, use the right brain, where intuition, creativity, spiritual matters, and more abstract thinking come from. However, you cannot just ask any old question and journal on it. Instead, it should be a “smart” question, one that will evoke a meaningful response. For example, Do I love writing? is not a smart question, but How can I enjoy writing more? is, because it produces ways to obtain the enjoyment you’re looking for. Other writing-related smart questions include: How can I have more time to write? How can I market my work? How can I submit what I write? What genre should I explore next? Where is the best place for me to write? When do I write best? Who could be my writing mentor? Why do I procrastinate when I should be writing? Before writing down the answers that come to you, ask the question three times to drill it into your subconscious mind. Then, don’t worry about what comes; just write what your mind throws at you without analyzing it. Later, the responses and ideas you’ve generated in only a short time will surprise you. List-making–This is similar to smart questions, because it starts with a question. For instance, you just finished an article about naming a baby and want to find markets for it. Whether you know of any markets or not, you can use list-making to find them. Set a minimum number of responses; then, pose your question and start writing quickly. Duplicates are ok. Your list might look something like this: Where can I send my baby-naming article? At least 10 responses required. American Baby magazine Tots to Teens magazine Parenting magazines Pregnancy magazines E-zines for moms Parenting e-zines Obstetric magazines Publishers of books for expectant parents Parenting support groups/organizations Doctors/clinics with newsletters Health textbook publishers When your list is finished, group the markets into categories–magazines, e-zines, newsletters, publishers, and organizations in this case. Then, prioritize the markets in each category, putting the ones you know most about at the top. Finally, start submitting! List-making takes the pressure off, organizes potential markets, and keeps the list up-to-date as you add new markets and re-prioritize the list. With these two journaling tools alone, you can gain greater insight into why you write, the business of writing, creativity, generating ideas and markets, self-confidence, promoting your work, and having more time to write, just to name a few areas. You can use them in other areas of your life for even more success and abundance. Practice them for a few weeks, and you will see life-changing results: guaranteed!
